Fallot with absent pulmonary valve case 1

The 4 chamber view shows a little asymmetry.
The right ventricle is a bit wider compared to the left ventricle.
Normal color Doppler recording of the 4 chamber view.
Just beneath the AV-valves is the VSD, not (yet) visible.
Color Doppler recording of the LVOT.
Just beneath the aortic valve, the red jet of the VSD is visible.
Right ventricle outflow tract.
Three vessel view plane.
Both pulmonary arteries are widened, immediately after the annulus, mimicking ‘Mickey-mouse’-ears.
Same plane as 4.
Color Doppler in slow motion clearly shows that the blood moves to and fro across the pulmonary trunk (alternately red and blue).
