Plane of the 4 chamber view.
Both ventricles are visible, but the left ventricle is short (reaching half of the right ventricle) ans small.
Note the atriumseptum, positioned too much leftwards.
Sweep from the level of the 4 chamber view towards 3VTV.
At the leven of the 4CV only 1 large ventricle is visible.
From this ventricle the pulmonary trunc arises, identified by the lateral branching.
More cranial in the 3VTV the aortic arch is visible, however the arch is very small.
