TA case 1

4 chamber view with color Doppler.
Only 1 ventricle visible in this clip.
Both atria can be recognised, with a small right atrium, without a visible ventricle beneath it.
Left ventricle outflow tract.
Both left ventricle, as the aorta show normal anatomy.
The right ventricle is visible in this clip, however very tiny.
The area between right atrium and right ventricle is echogenic without normal valve tissue.
Clip from 4 chamber view to 3VTV.
The small right ventricle is clearly visible with the tricuspid atresia.
From this ventricle the very small pulmonary artery arises.
